英語のネイティブは指示をしている時や道順を教えている時に、よく「once +現在完了形の動詞」というパターンを使います。例えば、
（皆さんが英語の発音練習が出来るように、例文を読み上げて、録音しました。録音したファイルは以下にあります。）
1. Once you have reached the traffic lights, turn left.
信号まで行ったら、左に曲がって下さい。
2. Once you’ve gotten up, please make sure to feed the cat.
起きたら、猫に餌をあげてね。
この「once」の使い方は、「after」や「as soon as」に似ていますが、「once」の方が「何々を完了したら」というニュアンスが強いです。そのため、「after」と「once」を置き換えても構わない場合が多いと言っても、「あることを完了したら、次のことをしてください」というふうに順番を強調したい場合は、「once」のほうが良いでしょう。
3. Once I have eaten a full breakfast, I am raring to go.
たくさん朝ごはんを食べ終わったら、何かしたくてウズウズする。
4. After I have eaten a full breakfast, I am raring to go.
たくさん朝ごはんを食べったら、何かしたくてウズウズする。
ちなみに、「once」で指示をする際、ネイティブは後に続く動詞を現在完了形（have + 過去分詞）にすることが多いですが、現在形も使っても良いです。以下の例文の意味はほぼ同じです。
5. Once you have filled out this form, please go to the help desk.
この用紙に記入し終えたら、ヘルプデスクに行って下さい。

この用紙に記入し終えたら、ヘルプデスクに行って下さい。
今度、英語で誰かに指示をする際、「once」から始まる文章を使ってみて下さい。
現在完了か現在形か、この微妙なニュアンスが、いまいち理解できないです。
once といえば、昔話の冒頭、Once upon a time~, が一番ピンとくるのですが、
普段の口語でも頻出語句なんですね。

The both meanings are ‘entry’.
So,’fill out’ is not different from ‘fill in’ on the meaning ‘entry’.
However,if sth required entry has many items to enter,you use ‘Fill Out’.
On the other side,If sth required entry has only one or two items,you use ‘Fill In’.
・’Fill Out’ => Form,Documents,and so on.
・’Fill In’ => Card,Panel,and so on.
